      PRODUCTION PHASES

      SELECTION OF RAW MATERIALS
      We select raw coffee from top-quality varieties, importing it directly from the places of origin of our suppliers.
      RECEPTION AND STORAGE
      After receipt of the raw materials, we proceed with storage and careful qualitative analysis by our specialised operators.
      ROASTING THE COFFEE
      The raw coffee is roasted, undergoing a process developed through the studies of our master roaster.
      GRINDING AND DEGASSING THE COFFEE
      The grinding process is constantly controlled through percolation and taste tests. The ground coffee is then stored and left to degas in special silos in a controlled atmosphere.
      PACKAGING
      The primary packaging of the coffee into capsules, as beans, or ground, is carried out using equipment that guarantees the best possible conservation.
      SHIPPING
      Shipping is carried out by national and international couriers; the transport is monitored to guarantee the agreed delivery times for the client.
